So Scientific!

Quote from NOAA's (National Weather Center's) forecast discussion for Tuesday night (Feb. 9th):

"MODEL GUIDANCE HAS SOME SCARY-LOOKING PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS BULLS-EYED RIGHT OVER OUR AREA"

Just sayin'...

We had an ice storm and lost power for two days over the weekend. Crazy! But, funny wording for a usually fact oriented site. :-)

Linda~ After 2 feet on Saturday, what's another foot? Bring it on!
;)

Catvibe~ That's what I thought, too! So funny.

But no power is not funny... yikes. I hope it's back on and all is well for you!

It's kinda silly how much I hate losing power at home, yet we happily go without power for weekends at the cabin. I guess I'm still working on that open receptivity to whatever the "now" brings... LOL.

the outside worlds seems to have frozen still over here, too - sometimes a dead bird looses his hold of the branch, but that's all the movement.

Szelsofa~ Ha! Nice visual!

Adrienne~ Have you ventured out yet? We got 20" from each storm down here. The snow is so deep that if you sit down to rest, you can't get up without the help of your 10-year old. Found that out the hard way...
